Heather is an established author and an advocate for healthy living. She was apprenticed under Dr. Kaufmann, a Doctor of Integrative Medicine, learning the art of Chinese medicine, frequencies, color and light therapy, and acupuncture. She is certified in the Ondamed, which uses frequencies and magnets to unblock meridians/ channels in the body, scar tissue, injuries, etc. She also loves microscopy.
